LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Ostrom Outdoors products are warrantied to any owner for the lifetime of the product against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

If your Ostrom Outdoors product fails due to a material or manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our option.

WARRANTY RETURN GUIDELINES

If your Ostrom Outdoors product fails due to a material or manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our option.

For a warranty concern, please email Bill Ostrom at bill@ostrompacks.com.

He will ask for specific details and photos, then review the information and work with you to decide what happens next.

This prevents you from paying shipping charges on an item that may not be covered under warranty or one we may not be able to repair.

What’s covered…what’s not

Material and manufacturing defects include:

  • Sewing and reinforcement mistakes, e.g., a failed seam, handle attachment, shoulder strap, or hip belt attachment.
  • Defects in brand new zippers, buckles, materials.

The following are not considered material and manufacturing defects and are not covered under the Ostrom Outdoors Warranty:

  • Broken buckles
  • Worn fabric or webbing
  • Zipper problems.

Returns Must Be Clean

Please make sure the products sent to us for warranty/repair are in clean condition. This protects our staff and our machines.

Before returning a pack for repair, please remove the hip belt, shoulder straps, extra pockets, frame sheet and any personal items from your pack. This will save in shipping costs and ensure no items are misplaced or lost.

You, our customer, are responsible for shipping the product to us. Ostrom Outdoors will cover shipping for the return back to you.

International Returns

Please note that the cost of shipping (both ways), duties, taxes are the responsibility of you, our customer.
