It's unusual to see a canoe tripper using a tump. BUT it can help transfer weight off your shoulders and directly down your spine to your legs. Our TRAD tump is a simple fleece-lined 2"-wide tump that can be worn either across the forehead or on top of the head. Optional on our canoe packs and barrel harness. (Check out the RAD Tumpline if you prefer the top-of-head position.)
